OPS500-520-H được trang bị bộ vi xử lý Intel® Core™ i7/ i5/ i3 và Celeron® thế hệ thứ 8/9 với LGA1151 socket và chipset Intel® H310. OPS500-520-H có hai khe cắm DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM cho bộ nhớ hệ thống lên đến 32 GB. Bộ phát hình OPS được kết nối với màn hình OPS thông qua giao diện đầu nối cắm JAE TX-25A tiêu chuẩn hỗ trợ các tín hiệu DisplayPort, HDMI 2.0, USB 2.0, USB 3.1, âm thanh và UART. Nó cũng có một M.2 Key E cho mô-đun Wi-Fi và một M.2 Key M hỗ trợ giao diện PCIe, SATA và SSD để lưu trữ.
