ICO300-83B được trang bị bộ xử lý Intel® Celeron tiêu thụ điện năng thấp N3350. ICO300-83B đảm bảo các điều kiện hoạt động khắc nghiệt với phạm vi nhiệt độ mở rộng từ -20 °C đến 70 °C (-40 °C đến + 70 °C cho tùy chọn), dải điện áp đầu vào rộng DC 12 – 24V với bảo vệ quá và ngược áp và độ bền rung động lên đến 2G. Nó hỗ trợ một khe cắm DDR3L-1866 SO-DIMM với bộ nhớ hệ thống lên đến 8 GB. Ngoài ra, ICO300-83B được trang bị hai khe cắm Mini PCI Express full-size, một cho thẻ lưu trữ mSATA và một cho 3G/GPRS Wi-Fi – cho phép nó cung cấp các tùy chọn giao tiếp và truyền dữ liệu linh hoạt để sử dụng như một Gateway IIoT.
